Pros

- Pay is good - I love that TP allows Experience to climb up the latter instead of just Education levels -Work can be enjoyable

-PTO Changes have been rollercoaster and the last changes where horrible. It really hurts that I have to wait so long for PTO hours to build up now before I can think about doing anything. We used to get a chunk up front which allowed anyone who was moving early in the year could but that no longer can happen. - A commendations from either LOA, FMLA , ADA etc can take forever to reflect in BMS or it never gets updated constantly so we have to waste time chasing down HR To get them to update it -Gameplan can be Janky at times. For example if I click the Plus sign next to an agents name it will some times acts like I am dragging the name to the gameplan instead. And once get the options to appear from the + sign it doesn't work. Like when you click on the option like "Create Agent Observation Form" instead of opening the form it will do nothing and list of options will close out as well. You will end up having to click back on the + sign again which can not open for a min because of first issue and continue in this loop till it actually launches the form. -Due PTO changes it has been hard to maintain a work life balance.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
