The company help you to grow and learn while you are working, you don’t need to be the smartest but only with good attitude and wanting to learn new things you will get rewarded. That also depends of the project that you are working with.

They want to reduce cost and increase productivity but they don’t invest in the staff only on the reps, they also want to reduce your bonuses, salaries are not competitive in the market. You feel that they don’t really care about people.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
