Pros

* Good work environment (I mean the people within the team). * Job security (it is very rare to see layoffs). * Payments on time and in accordance with what is stipulated by law. * Access to high-capacity software.

Kontras

* Salary. * It is very likely that you will have to work on public holidays. * Bureaucracy (you'll be escalating everything to a different team, which makes everything very slow). * Bad management (people without management educaction at all). * It is typical that you inherit an obsolete, useless process and have to redo it from scratch because there was no follow up on the previous work. * Poor workload distribution (A single person can have three times as many responsibilities as another and receive the same salary). * Almost all positions are completely on site. * You cannot use your cellphone while being on site and you can't access any non-authorized website, so once you enter the building you are almost isolated without the possibility to contact, let's say, your family.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
