Transitioning to Spain is made considerably easier thanks to the support provided during the relocation process. The organization places a strong emphasis on diversity and fosters an inclusive environment. While employees in production roles enjoy an excellent work-life balance, it becomes apparent that issues emerge when transitioning to managerial roles.

The company's primary emphasis is on generating revenue, regarding employees as mere tools for productivity. Transparency is lacking in business decisions, and there is a notable absence of long-term planning. Regrettably, the management team does not provide support or growth prospects, while lower-tier positions consistently bear an excessive workload. What stands out is the possibility of being let go, regardless of one's contribution or performance, during challenging project phases, all in the name of cost reduction. This atmosphere cultivates fear, anxiety, gossip, and dishonesty among employees.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
