Management is not approachable. HR is unnecessarily difficult to get a hold of. The metrics are mostly unrealistic but that is what the employees are judged upon. Management only cares about the organization's profit goals but does not really care about the employees wellbeing. Everything is very unorganized within the organization which makes it even more difficult to seek any sort of assistance.
