Pros

It's a job. It's located downtown. You may acquire new skills depending on the project and the quality of the trainers. Not all projects have the same benefits.

Kontras

Sales driven environment. Low ethics. A clear example of a company that holds a culture as a disguise. Average seniority is max 9 months. Mid management has better results pushing newcomers with fear of not passing the trial period than nurturing senior and knowledgeable workers. This is ultimately a reflection of their actual interest and care for their end customers. There is corruption, people who cheat for sales or bonuses and get rewarded, generally bad qualities are rewarded. Use this job as a way to come to Spain. You can only enjoy working here if you take advantage yourself and not take it seriously. Good luck!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
