Pros

I'm able to work a part-time job and that's the best benefit for me. As well as that, I'm able to work remotely at my home. Another great pro of working in this company is the supportive and inclusive work culture, due to the fact that the company values diversity and promotes a collaborative and respectful work environment, which has made me feel welcomed and appreciated as an employee.

Kontras

While I wasn't able to think of many cons about the company, I do feel that the salary could be improved. In my opinion, the job I do every day warrants better compensation, especially given the high cost of living in my area and the level of skills and education required for the job. I truly appreciate the benefits that the company offers, although I believe that better pay would help the overall satisfaction of employees, including my own.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
