Get better computers they suck.

Telepreformance is nothing but a joke do not recommend working for them . It's been nothing but a headache since the day I started n come to find out its not the job that I thought it was that was supposed to be with my medical billing and coding degree. The supervisor is rude that I had in training not only that if u have questions they get mad if u ask them questions and they want u to ask the people that is in your training class the questions. And the supervisor outside of training is rude . I also have had computer issues with the computer they sent me.

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
