Pros

It is convenient to work from home and they provide all the equipment you will need for the job. You receive 1.5 weeks for training and 1.5 weeks of nesting. Instructors are very helpful and informative during the classes.

Kontras

On many cases, you will receive equipment that is damaged/broken. You do not have a set schedule for work. The offer email given to me had a set schedule and when I mentioned it to the supervisor they said it was a mistake, but based on other reviews it is an ongoing problem to give false information in offer emails/letters. You have to compete for schedules and they do not accommodate you if you have another job/have other priorities unless you score high on a test.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
