Pros

The people you work with that are agents , mentors , supervisor , etc . Are great people . Besides the CCM(Call center managers) . The bonuses are great . IF YOU BONUS(a lot to get the bonus). You can move up quick .

Kontras

Most of the workers relate to you . There are some really nice people that work there . You are grouped with 10-20 people maximum to one supervisor who's supervised by multiple managers . Teleperformance as a whole was contracted by AT&T and in customer service is the worse company to work with unless you work in corporate . It's very easy to get promoted as well as demoted . The turnover rate is very high and sometimes the pay was always tricky . The overtime process was horrible . You were drained talking to the most obnoxious people EVER ! They are always changing up procedures and claim it's "innovation". These are selfless , self centered , idiots .

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
