Pros
Easy to get in with little experience, as with most call centre jobs. Easy work if you have half a brain.
Kontras
One of the lowest paying call centres in the region, and pay rises are rare (forget about inflation-based pay rises). Next to no room for promotion unless you're pals with the management, and even then the pay rises are minimal - I passed up a promotion offer because I would've received only a few hundred pounds more per year for a great deal more responsibility.
