Pros

Friendly, 18-21 have minimum wage not reduced minimum wage, plenty of promotion opportunities, Management are approachable (all the way to the UK and SA CEO) multiple campaigns and multiple locations. blended work conditions, bricks and mortar or work from home. plenty of perks, benefits as well as additional projects for addition learning (coding, AI, machine learning)

Kontras

HR is scripted and not personal, some campaigns are very KPI based and pressure to hit them feed down from client to agent (all campaigns have KPI's but in some they are very easy to hit and so the environment is pleasant) No pay rise except minimal pay increases and promotions ( may be different in campaigns but never experienced it)

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
