Pay , can be fun environment

Nothing is permanent I was lied to by onboarding and recruiting after asking if I was going to be able to keep my pay even if I switched positions they told me yes everything would work out , that after Open enrollment I would move into property abs casualty as long as my attendance and and quality were good and no issues. I never missed time always participated in class exceeded I’m enrollments . Yes 2 weeks before then end of open enrollment my entire class who had been told the same thing I had originally was now told we would be loosing our pay and only option was customer service. At a over a 5$ + drop From pay . and casualty would only be accepting people with a license already. We had only option to becoming me customer service agent.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
