Pros

Job is pretty easy. It’s nice not having to be on the phones and talk to people. It’s a very singular job. The facility itself is very nice. They take our mental health seriously due to the nature of our job. They offer counseling and provide two wellness breaks on top of your two regular breaks and lunch every single day

Kontras

Horrible scheduling . They will change your schedule completely with 1-2 hour notice to night shift or no weekends off . For example if you had Wednesday and Friday off they’ll switch it to Monday and Tuesday . Even if you ask them for more notice due to having to arrange childcare they don’t t care . Very inconsistent with their.m rules and standards. At times it’s very confusing to understand what the expectations are . There HR sucks completely. You’ll never be able to get ahold of them.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
