You can be incompetent and still have a good position

- Everything is disorganised, meetings, work attitude, KPI. - They lie on the job position, they painted it to me as something totally different - You will be managed by people who have no knowledge of how to manage themselves, so you can imagine their capabilities in managing a team of 10 people - They LIE on bonuses and every month changing objectives and reasons why your bonus hasn't been paid yet. - They do nothing for helping you to grow in the company - Inequalities in salary: you will have team members, doing the same job, working the same hours, but earning 4k/y more than you - You might be managed by really incompetent people, who barely have experience in the field but for only God knows what reason, they had been employed as TL

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
