Cannot really find any pro

- No Benefits at all - You are not allowed to have anything on your desk, which makes you feel like a machine. I mean, not even a coffee cup!! The equipment is like the cheapest on the market so its not that there is anything of value to destroy - Equipment is used and dirty, no new employee gets new equipment - No benefits (like snacks, coffee, private insurance) - Problems with salary pays (missing amounts, not informed about changes etc) - Vacation requests take like forever - Phones have to be stored at the entrance and all your personal stuff... I mean? seriously? - Contracts are given sometimes days or weeks after having already started working - Many colleagues are waiting for their contracts and salaries since months!!! - Many more cons, but to not have a personal space at work is definetly the biggest con

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
