Pros

TP training period can be a great boost to your self confidence and definitely build bridges to create a great teamwork. Managers, Supervisors and Agents strive to excel in each account to keep values as Accountability, Trust and Reciprocity. Integrity is highly promoted by the management and they strive to improve in a daily basis. During the day shifts they do a lot of fun things - giveaways, promotions, movies, food.

Kontras

On the site of Boca Raton, there is not enough parking lot and it could be complicated if your car is towed. Promotion is not easy to get. There is not always the right people for the right job.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
