Pros

Managers seemed to really care about you. Fun activities. A lot of training, and training was a fun time.

Communication was awful. Heard different things from different people constantly. Hired too many too constantly. I understand there's turnover, but there were so many people, I didn't have an actual seat half the time, I had to sit away from my team lead. And then on occasion, it was so hard for me to find a computer, I was late clocking in. Things just weren't well put together when I was there. Got out of training and didn't have a team lead for about a month and a half.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
