Honestly the management is quite unorganized. There are a lot of unqualified people in positions of supervision and I helped the supervisors more than they helped me. They change rules and guidelines quite often which is really annoying and a hassle. The bonuses seem unattainable because something out of your control coincidentally always happens towards the end of the month. It can be a hostile environment and quite frankly the recruiters need to crack down on who they hire because there are plenty negative influences that get hired on and it affects everyone around them. The worst thing is that they don't stick to their word and you could be told one thing then turn around and hear another. I believe the production is a reflection of management so maybe the company should consider rethinking some things. Last point I'll say is that once you become a supervisor (which isn't hard) you go from hourly to salary and that's pretty much it, you don't go any higher than that or advance anywhere else in the company. If you're looking for a easy paycheck this is it, if you're go getter, then go get a better job!
