Pros

Almost none, some markets get close to decent salary but still not worth it

Every single working process is messy, they are so afraid of their big clients that are just accepting any condition even though it wouldn't be possible to fulfill, as a result they lose huge clients every quarter. The management is a disaster, no one takes responsibility, 102927474 meetings a day meanwhile the employees that are supposed to face the users don't get literally any updates on new products/changes/features until after they'd been launched.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
