Great parking lot and location

Long hours. $600 dollars for 44 hours. They treat you like a thief or worst a criminal. Facilities have cameras, lots of grumpy security guards, they check you everytime you leave or enter the floor with a metal detector. If you enter a piece of paper or by mistake a cellphone you are fried. The building vibe and architecture is so depressing and oclusive, the people in there looks like their life is over. I don't recommend this call center unless you hate your youth and want your dreams and good vibes get drained away by a long queue of irritating and abusive people on the phone. Really makes you think what went wrong in this world.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
