If you're considering working for Teleperformance, think twice before falling for the "Great Place to Work" tagline - it's a complete joke. The company can't even manage something as basic as remitting government-mandated contributions properly. They have repeatedly used incorrect Pag-IBIG employer ID, leading to employees' missed contributions and defaulted loan payments. As a result, many employees are now unable to apply for new loans, a serious financial burden caused entirely by their negligence. When concerns were raised through their so-called "Speak Up" channel, instead of accountability, they hit you with gaslighting. They say, "You should checked your contributions regularly," as if it's the employee's job to double-check what the company has been automatically deducting from our paychecks and supposedly remitting all along. How are we responsible for a failure on their part? Where is the integrity? This company hides behind shiny branding and fake awards while failing to meet the bare minimum standards of employee care. Employees deserve better at the very least, a company that can handle the basics and won't shift blame when they mess up.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
