The training for new staff is incredibly tough but thorough - if you're new to the recruiting industry you will quickly gain the skills to parse resumes, make cold calls, and reach out to candidates efficiently. Since this is an agency it is incredibly fast-paced which might turn people off but the training makes sure you are up to speed and an effective team member.
Kontras
Salary here is really low, even after adding commissions. This is tough for new members since your placements are split with the recruiter supporting the role. You're also working on roles for Japanese companies and often the issue encountered is the job reqs don't have competitive salaries for the local market.
