Work load is crazy due to everyone leaving!! No work/life balance! Pay is below average. Our raises are a complete joke! There is ABSOLUTELY NO GROWTH with this position in this company. Expect to be thrown out to the wolves with no training, and when you reach out to management for help no one answers their phone. But they will call back after you left the customer site to provide “help” when you obviously don’t need it anymore. The documentation for the work to be completed is nonexistent & when you reach out for help they’ll tell you figure it out! I noticed that these last couple of reviews left with 5 stars are obviously fake and left by management in the company to save face but don’t just believe my review, read ALL reviews to get the more accurate picture. Trust me when I say you can find something else where the work is less demanding and the pay is MUCH MUCH better. I’m currently looking for a way out now.
