Poor wages Poor advancement opportunities New employees hired at higher starting wages than current employees of 4+yrs experience Terrible morale due to unkind and uncaring management Promotions, raises are siezed. They have no new developments and rely on a single customer for income although that customers forecast for goods is decreasing rapidly. They want YOU to come up with ideas for a better future but pay salary to 3 employees to do that already, so they just sit at a desk. .......surprise!!, layoffs oh yeah those happen all too often
