Lots of flexibility because of being a small business. Opportunities to work independently and take the lead on projects. Lots to learn, everywhere I look. Very little middle management and avenues of communication are open.

They're very clicky and only advance their family No long term options unless you want to be a Van Der Klippe slave They'll lie to get whatever they want/need but smile softly while doing so In general, they're creeps and that's the reason the business is flat DOA Cheap family = cheap company Low starting wage with little upward momentum Gotta marry one of them if you want some real $$$ Mahdi Gureh all up in that family tree. wink wink
