Working there with such intelligent and collaborative people brings out some great ideas that get you excited to design and create some awesome stuff. - Flexible working - Plenty of opportunities to make a difference to tech or products - Fun and intelligent colleagues - Modern tech stack - Lots of greenfield development (at the moment) - Fun toys in the office

For me, there aren't many cons to TM Pro so far. If you're somebody who thrives in a place with lots of structure and process then you may not enjoy it as much as I - but this will be the same in most young companies.
