Company reinvesting in staff and product. I was on a 12 month contract but there were 6 new full time hires in 2016. Their staff have all been there a long time so there is a great team environment.

Just the general cons of working for a smaller company. You have to wear a lot of hats. Sometimes asked to do things outside realms of responsibility. No major cons in all honesty.
