Great management. I learned a lot from the manager in charge.

I don’t have any cons

The pay is good the benefits and maybe the retirement package.

Lacks the proper staffing to train appropriately new hires mgmt has only minimum experience with little to no experience on new/older units. Company has a lack of experienced technicians. They can only keep units running that has been running since install with no knowledge/experience/skills to diagnose minor/major mechanical/electrical faults associated with CHP units.
