Pros

I love that I was able to advance as quickly as I did. I was able to move up to ASM in 6 months of working here due to my manager putting her faith in me. I could not be more thankful for the opportunity she and the others in management were able to give me.

Kontras

The comp scale is broken. Ever since July of last year, it seems as though I am not making near as much money as I was before. I was making almost $4,500 a month before the change. Now, I am lucky to get to $3,000 a month. I don't know what happened, but I am not happy about it. We have so many things we have to sell and it is making it even harder to make money. I understand that Verizon has certain target they need to hit and that we have to adhere to what they want. However, if it means taking money away from the people who work for them, it doesn't seem fair.

Super excited to start with Team wireless. Was just laid off with Verizon sadly. But I am here to see how Team wireless is . Coming in with a positive mind.

Kontras

Nothing to commit yet as I haven’t started working for the company until December 11th.

Pros

Flexible work schedule when needed

Kontras

Severely underpaid with ever-increasing expectations that are unrealistic given the company’s nearly nonexistent employee retention. Paying employees either a $15/hour base wage or commission creates an unstable and inconsistent work environment, making it difficult to build or retain strong talent. Payroll processing is also a recurring issue. Employees have repeatedly been underpaid due to payroll errors, and leadership was instructed to remain silent unless an employee noticed and reported the discrepancy themselves. Instead of proactively correcting mistakes, the company appeared more concerned with minimizing attention to them, leaving frontline employees to fight for wages they had already earned. The company took a dramatic turn for the worse after CJ and Mike Trimble assumed leadership. What was once a healthy, supportive, and inspiring workplace quickly became a hostile environment. The very people who helped build the company’s success have been systematically pushed aside or eliminated, with little appreciation for their years of dedication and contribution. Employee well-being has clearly taken a back seat to maximizing profits for executives and ownership. Frontline leaders are expected to work seven days a week, meet unrealistic performance expectations, and sacrifice their personal lives while receiving little support or recognition in return. To make matters worse, long-tenured employees have been required to reapply and interview for the very positions they have successfully held for years. This has created unnecessary fear, instability, and a complete disregard for employee loyalty and performance. The culture has devolved into a “good old boys” club where favoritism outweighs merit. Mike Trimble has repeatedly prioritized hiring his own “brothers” over developing or retaining existing talent. While referring to employees as “fam,” his leadership style is marked by unprofessional language, excessive profanity, and behavior that falls well below the standard expected of an executive..
