One of the very few firms, Nationwide, which provides a truly boutique and customer-centric approach to risk management. Unique client base with their own set of complex risks in their both personal and business ventures.

Plenty of opportunity ahead for the agency; especially with the recently-announced merger with NEBCO out of Greenwich, CT. Adding more of the right people to this talented team will continue to be key.

I have worked with this company full time for over a year. With any company that experiences change and growth, minor hiccups are to be expected. Employees must be open minded and willing to accept change and be proactive, they should strive to be apart of a solution rather than spread negativity. Not only has management always had an open door to my questions, concerns, and suggestions but co workers have always assisted me with any questions I may have regarding work procedures. Benefits are awesome (including a free gym membership), employee appreciation week, very flexible with requested time off, bonuses, yearly reviews, employees are not micromanaged.

Growth isn't a con, however, at such a fast pace creates a large workload. This is to be expected and in my mind is a good thing. While it can be stressful at times, if I wasn't this busy, I would question my job security.
