Independence. Not having to report to an office each day & working individually in the field without someone to bother you.

Policies are very inept. Most of the people in Upper Management are ex-GE employees so they only hire people they know. There is very little offered in growth or promotions. The Territory Managers have NO management training & do not know how to properly manage people. Everyone below management including office staff are treated very poorly. The company bought out several portfolios from Textron Financial, but did not bring over the creative & smart managers that were in place at Textron. The benefits are under-par compared to Textron & other financial firms.
