Poor Increments and High level of Politics - Consultant bei T-Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Its sad to see that all the employees in T-Systems receive very less increments...in the range of 1-3% only. Even after working hard and achieving targets, you receive increment of 1.5% only. And when you ask they say everyone received in the same line. Why Company compares with others during increment time? If that is the case then what happens to people who achieved their target and still being treated like a normal employee.......Also, WFO is so strict that even if you have medical conditions, you are asked to come to office without concern. Our India Management is just takes the order from German Management and doesn't counter. They can't protect India team for their wellbeing.
