Pros

The management seem loyal and reward yes men. Ironically the guys that spend 8 hours straight solving a problem are more valued than the guy that solves it in an hour.

Kontras

This company has not grown in the 5+ years I have been here. There is so much micro management sometimes you feel like you have 3 different bosses asking the same thing. No focus on professional training or services. What they specialize in is selling widget a or widget b. They do not sell the services instead giving them away when their sales team incorrectly proposed a job.

Pros

Free coffee. 401K & heath care benefits are okay, but not fantastic. Coworkers give a family-like real-talk vibe. The new office is in a great location; and provide decent size cubicles compared to some larger call-centers, unless you're in sales... there's a private beach just a few minutes walk, a deli next door, and the McKinley mall just down the road. Working with some well-known clientele is a perk. Sometimes get out early on holidays.

Been there many years. Poor flow of information chains between management and departments. There is a significant lack of new product testing before roll-out and it feels like uppers care more about closing a deal, rather than the needs and cries of the individual customers who are forced to endure. Some clients have a record of being abrasive. Bare-bones crew and makes for accommodations and getting time-off a hassle when support is round-the-clock. Not much ceiling for growth.... they will dangle a juicy steak in front of your face and string you along. They've terminated 20-year-long loyal & hard-working employees and critical team members because of budget cuts and consistent new directions. Very high employee turn-over rate. The responsibilities and duties of employees seems to change with the wind. Management wants you to feel like you can talk to them, but in reality, your word makes little difference and they look for 'yes men.' They value the employee who spends 3 hours solving a problem, over the experienced one who can solve the same problem in 30 minutes. Overall stressful... job long-term can cause accumulated stress, and heart attacks for some; beware!!!
