It was on of the best companies of Bangladesh, well now it is one of the worst. - Main pros of this company is the employees and their bond, you will see this kind of bonding in fewer companies. Everyone is helpful. - Previously there was no salary issue, even before ending of each month you would get paid on 25th of each month. - Previously facilities were far superior, but still you will get your lunch free at office.

- First, salary issue... now it is end of June. And 3 month's salary is pending, you will get salary in every 50-60 days. Also after resigning, it will be a nightmare to get the remaining salaries that was delayed. - No work-life balance... you will have to word after office hours as well as on holidays. It has become a culture of every Bangladeshi companies to work employees everyday. Also getting offday is difficult, you have to give specific reason to get max 2 3 holidays. - Company reputation is going downwards and very fast.
