Pros

Really liked many of the people that I worked with. Very proud of our teams. We did excellent work on behalf of our clients. I still list some of the deliverables and collaboration as examples of my best work.

Kontras

Owners and top management are unethical and vicious. They have the attitude that you should be happy to be working for them. That's not a problem until your payroll check bounces. One thing that they do is to say that there is a problem with payroll processing and that your checks will be available at the office after 2pm on Friday (when the checks were actually in the office on Friday morning. What they're really doing is shifting money around. Also, I recall one instance when they made a an error in withholding which resulted in new W2 forms; however, they refused to pay the penalties or interest. And I'm glad that I didn't do a 401K with them, as some employees had huge problems resolving what appeared to be missing payments.

Pros

Strong 30+ year history in a relevant tech market. Global presence for wide reach (clients, vendors, industry networks, etc.). Excellent technical teams. In theory, plenty of room to grow and even branch out. Multiple contract vehicles with numerous simultaneous projects. Good, solid ideas put forth by leadership that were often carried into project performance in some capacity.

Kontras

Constant climate of fear and uncertainty exacerbated by lack of executive communications. Retention of unqualified leaders in some (but not all) positions that required strength and acumen, yielding underperformance and lowered potential. Pervasive nepotism. Strong pushback against investments in new technologies or techniques, though exceptions were made in certain situations.
