Terrible Supervisor Culture - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei System One: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Office culture was horrendous past my co workers. Lies about WFH, insistence on sending End of Day emails with summaries of what you did that day every day, if you ever leave five minutes early they'll give you grief (while claiming to be flexible, nevermind if you regularly go a few minutes over). Once told the whole group that there was too much talking as people arrived at work so if we wanted to chat in the morning we should arrive early and do it before we start our day. This is an office job and people weren't missing deadlines, but apparently chatting at the (tiny) break room while getting coffee was not allowed. Gaslighting was a way of life.
