Training is minimal - commonly uses the sink or swim system. Turn over is high because of the poor management. Commonly hire family for good reviews who ultimately also end up wishing for a better job. You are given assignments that cannot be completed because of the micro-management which leads to failure and it is always never Larry or Cathy at fault. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
