I started working at Syntax in 2013 after spending several years in a multinational management consulting corporation and have remained with the company ever since. Every day is not the same and it never gets boring. We’re all a diverse team, all friendly people, challenged by exciting opportunities to lead and manage a wide range of projects and customers’ requirements. The company offers many growth and development opportunities which help us in getting knowledge of various new processes with complete hands-on experience. The Senior Management Team always listens to any employee’s improvement initiatives ideas, appreciates and recognizes all staff for their dedication and hard work.
