If you've just started your career, and not going to stay for so long, or you're already earned enough to retire, but you want to belong to any organization, than this is right place for you. But, hey, it is a highly technology-driven company, and requires lots of expertise...., which you can find tons of other places that can provide a lot better compensation in return.
