Great company - Accout Executive bei Synerion Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

As part of "Malam team" group they have a very good HR department which have a lot of events for employees and benefits

The company is not quick to promote employees, the salary remains fairly constant, and there are limited advancement opportunities beyond the application systems field. This was less suitable for me, as I wanted to grow in the areas of infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Synerion has a great culture and a solid core of highly qualified employees who know their jobs and collaborate to get it done. In recent years the company has aggressively developed new products and expanded into new markets...

... which made getting laid off along with a third of the staff that much more of a surprise. Obviously Synerion's new initiatives haven't been as successful as they'd hoped.
