Pros

They have a nice cafeteria in the building but it’s expensive

Management and employees of the majority race are terribly prejudiced against those the 10% who they hire of a deferent race. And are treated cruelty. Training is awful. They don’t care if you don’t untersnd what the are teaching and teachers will help you cheat to get you through training for their benefit only and set you up to fail for not training you properly. Managers intentionally trick their employees into making a mistake and use that opportunity to fire you. Don’t trust them and keep a copy of every email you have with Managers to protect yourself. I witnessed this several times

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
