Free coffee, events, a lot more paid time off than another company around here, coworkers are like family, room for growth (only if you move within the first 6mo-1yr) listens to employees about changes needed within the company it's self, very flexible hours

Favoritism, inconsistency, micromanaged, customers are incompetent, little pay for high stress, after 4 years of doing this job and having pride in my work I realized the benefits don't outweigh the stress, there is no debating or talking things over, he said she said drama

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
