Pros

Pretty easy way to get promoted or move to a different position. Professional yet friendly and laid back environment. Overtime offered frequently. Great benefits and lots of time off options. Cafe is also nice. Training is easy.

Kontras

Supervisors can be iffy, there are some good ones. Can caused stress if become burnt from taking calls all day. High turnover rate

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
