All the pros have left the company in an effort to salvage any integrity, values or morals the company hasn’t sucked out of them.

CEO is the most egotistical, narcissistic, misogynistic man I have ever met. He is a smooth talker and could sale a broken pencil to anyone, but don’t buy it. He is not a man of his word. He loves to talk himself up and make himself look like an amazing leader and man, but how he treats his employees is the very opposite. He talks down to anyone who disagrees with him. Airs other employee’s personal business to others in meetings, whether it be in a group or 1x1. He bashes anyone who leaves the company. The next worst reason is the head of HR. She is not for the people. She is for herself and will support anything the CEO says or does, regardless if it is unethical. She is about as fake as they come. Do not think she is on your side ever because she’s not. This company has run off some of the industries best employees because of its poor leadership, micromanagement, lies, low pay, and lack of training.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The management is poor and lacks effective leadership. The work environment is toxic, with managers who engage in bullying and are quick to throw employees under the bus. There is a complete lack of accountability for the poor decisions made by leadership, and instead, there is a consistent blame game across business units whenever quotas are not met. I can still remember the day when Madison, an employee, decided to quit. Marcon, the CEO, literally told her she wouldn't be anything without them. The CEO of this company exhibits highly unprofessional behavior. He is egotistical and inconsistent, often bashing former employees during town hall meetings despite praising them just months earlier during rehearsal calls. This kind of leadership creates a toxic work environment and undermines the morale of the team. His actions reflect poorly on the company's culture and management practices. This place is a revolving door with a high turnover rate. You've been warned about their bad business practices and unethical culture. It won't last long, especially with how they treat people. Their accounts are leaving with the account managers who quit.
