It's refreshing to work in a company where people don't just come in to bang away at a keyboard for 8 hours. The daily interaction between employees is indicative of the company culture overall. The other great aspect about working here is that the product/ technology is truly innovative. Being on the cutting edge in a particular field is exciting and employees are always pushing the boundaries to come up with new ideas on how to improve the product.
