-Good miles. Got between 2700-3000 miles per week. Lots of terminals around the country. Lots of freight. -Good variety of trucks
Kontras
-DMs will give you loads that push you to the limit in terms of hours and safety. -DMs care more about maximizing miles of trucks than about you doing your job safely -Terminals are dirty and plain-looking. The design itself makes you feel a separation between drivers and office staff. You have to speak through a window to talk with staff. I've been in other companies where there are no windows. There's a sense of accessibility.
