Where do you start? Bad/non-existent communication, abusive environment, stratified management system, no upward mobility, questionable attitude towards drivers and driver safety, focused more on appearance, rather than the actual situation, bureaucratically ossified, destructive personal environment, growth without wisdom or insight, no respect for the people actually DOING the work, the company fails to learn from its mistakes, it will not act in the best interest in its only assets, just in what the company can profit from... ARE YOU STARTING TO GET THE IDEA HERE?!?!? I'd rate it less than one star if I could. If you get a call from a Swift Recruiter, hang up the phone, change your number, delete your resume, and never, ever, answer another call from them. DO NOT WORK FOR SWIFT!!!!!!!
