There are some really good people working there who know what they're doing in a somewhat niche market. Office located out of the CBD.

Pay was low, training was absent, the micromanaging was overbearing at times, people walked on eggshells to avoid a moody boss. Staff turnover was high which made staff morale low, and office popularity often seemed more important than people's actual ability to do their job.
