The owners messed up on everything:
- They started overspending investor's money and did not control the finances of the company.
- As some of the investors pulled out, the owners started to cut people and forced some of the remaining employees to accept salary reductions.
- They invited the employees to invest and some of them did it. Once they invested, the company decided to furlough some of them a few months after.
About the company:
- The working environment is super toxic, they love to point to people all the time and never take responsibility.
- Team work doesn't exist.
- Salaries are low.
- Controversies between employees that get reported to management, never get attended. Management simply doesn't care of the well being of the employees.
